Refund policy

We accept returns within 30 days from receipt of your order, provided the swim shorts still have all the tags and are not damaged. Unfortunately, if we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item or deduct up to 20% of the original selling price from the refund amount.

Refunds are paid back on the original payment used, usually in within 5-10 days from refund approval.

The cost of returning an item is responsibility of the customer. We advise choosing a tracked delivery service to minimise any risk.

For international returns, we may offer prepaid DHL return delivery depending on location. Please drop an email at hello@borraco.com.

We only use reliable delivery services such as Royal Mail & DHL.
